Delivery FAQ

1. Where do you deliver? We offer free delivery within the UK, including England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales.

2. What shipping service do you use? Our orders are sent via DPD, Evri or Royal Mail.

3. How long does delivery take? Our standard delivery time is 1-3 working days from the date of order placement. (Highlands and Islands & Nr. Ireland 3-5 days)

4. Do you offer international shipping? At the moment, we only offer delivery within the UK.

5. Can I track my order? Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

6. What if I'm not home when my order is delivered? If you're not home at the time of delivery, the courier will update your online tracking with instructions or leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot.

7. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order? We aim to process orders quickly, so if you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been dispatched.

8. What happens if my order is delayed? While we strive to ensure timely delivery, sometimes unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team, and we'll investigate the issue for you.

9. Do you offer express delivery options? At the moment, we only offer standard delivery which typically takes 1-3 working days.

10. What should I do if my order doesn't arrive? If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team via email at and we'll investigate the issue and provide assistance.

11. Do you offer delivery to PO Box addresses? Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses at this time. We require a physical address for delivery.

12. Can I specify a delivery date or time? Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times. However, you can track your order using the provided tracking number to get an estimated delivery window.
